    These are for light duty. I use them in my fitness walking shoes. I think they're not quite beefy enough for hiking boots though.

    I buy EE width Keen work boots. These are the only ones I found that fit right. They do change the fit, sometimes requiring a thinner sock and/or buying a half sized bigger boot, which can be advantageous.

    Ok. Nothing I was particularly impressed with. May be ok for light walking, but not for hiking, or anything requiring real support.

    Spenco's are by far my favorite, having tried several insole brands. My first few pairs of Spenco's come from a local drug store. They last far longer than anything else I have used, and are all around comfortable to me. Having used them in my hiking and walking shoes. I'm lucky that they are sized so that I don't have to trim for my size thirteens usually. Most stores sell the common name insoles that tend to be spongy, these are made from a denser material with a durable cloth top.
