Trezeta Chinook Mid Hiking Boots - Waterproof (For Men)

Closeouts. Stomping around in wet grass, muddy creek beds and otherwise wet surfaces usually leads to soaked socks and an uncomfortable hike, but Trezeta's Chinook Mid hiking boots prevent that by using a waterproof breathable Water Stopper membrane as well as a Natural Ventilation system to keep moisture from accumulating inside. They also offer cushioning, support and excellent traction for venturing in rough terrain.

Overall, I like these a lot after wearing them on and off for a month. They were a little stiff at the start and needed some breaking in, but feel great now. They are very supportive and the Vibram sole is excellent. Time will tell how well they wear, but so far everything seems very sturdy. The laces are top notch. The fit is true to size. These are supposed to be waterproof and breathable and I've gotten them wet a few times -- so far no leaks. My only complaint is that they aren't very breathable and get clammy indoors or if I'm exerting much outdoors. This is Minnesota in the winter, so it's not a big problem, but a more breathable membrane would be helpful.

Nice boots. I typically wear a size 9 1/2 but i had to go up to size 10 on these. So go 1/2 size up when you order

I have narrow feet and have a difficult time finding a good fitting boot. These fit well and are very comfortable. I would purchase again.

And I have narrow feet! This seems to be true of all Italian footwear, they do run narrow. I am a 12, and had to go up to 12.5, so they run a little small. I have not used them much yet, but so far, so good. They are snug, and my feet do not shift.

The uppers are a bit stiff to start off and the sole treads a bit shallow, but grippy. The boots fit to size. The build quality is good for a lower cost boot. My feet have remained dry in sprayed water.

The waterproof membrane on one of these boots failed after 3 weeks of moderate walking.

I reasly like these boots. Very lite yet seem very durable. Did two hikes 6 miles one with snow. Other 8 miles. Boots kept feet dry. I strapped these boots on for first time on these hikes without breaking them in. No blisters! I always get blisters but not with these boots. These boots may not be able to hold up over 4 years of backpacking like heavy duty leather boots but for the price i can get 3 to more expensive boots. These felt like i had trail runners they are comfortable lite and waterproof. What more could you ask

This boot is comfortable and the ventilation keeps feet drier than full leather boots with less weight
