This Minnesota winter has been snowier and wetter than usual and these boots have stood up well. I bought them to replace my Ulus which I also purchased at STP about 10years ago. The ulu boots were all leather and the fleece liner finally wore out. I admit I like my ulus better than these Kamiks but these were also much less expensive. For the price I’m satisfied. They’ve managed wet and cold well and are reasonably grippy for hill climbing but also look nice for running around town. The only downside is my feet get too hot in them and they can’t be worn without light socks for moisture management as the material isn’t breathable enough. They are cushiony and comfortable to walk in and easy to lace up but require orthotics for my high instep. Not much arch support for people with higher arches.

Very nice boots. I really wanted to keep them but had to return due to sizing issue.
My regular shoe size is 6, but I wear thick winter socks so 6.5 would be ideal size for winter boots.
I have Kamik New York boots in size 7 which is a little too big. So I ordered 6 in Seattle boots, then it was a little too tight.
I really wish there was 6.5 for this boots. Overall very good boots.

Not only is it wonderful to find winter boots that are actually warm no matter the temp and dry no matter the precipitation, but they are also adorable and cozy! I like that they can be made long or short, and they have been excellent on my commute to work through Upstate NY snow and ice. Great traction too. I have yet to be cold in these boots, even when we reached record-breaking cold temps. The fit is true to size and the boot is not excessively heavy or bulky. I highly recommend them!

Cozy boots are easy to get on and off and tie and untie. Good fit for my wide feet. I agree with one reviewer who said that the footbed lacks support. It is cushioned, but once the footbed gets squashed there is no real arch support. STill I walked and stood on them a long time last weekend and my feet didn't hurt.
