Anew Ribbed Lounge Pants (For Women)
Closeouts. You'll be looking for reasons to stay in, stay home and have more downtime when you slip into Anew's ribbed lounge pants. They're comfy, cozy and oh-so-soft, and their wide-leg silhouette not only gives you room to move, but adds an air of sophisticated chic.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by jadawoman from WI on Tuesday, December 12, 2017As other reviewers noted, the waist is super tiny. The fabric felt rough against my skin. Not what I want to lounge in.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Picky shopper from Cali on Saturday, November 18, 2017Do not buy a size smaller if close in size, do size up. Yes it's a wide leg but the waistband is wide thick and heavy along with the lower torso area is cut smaller. The fit, especially in front, will not be flattering and atrocious unless you size up, then it'll be ok. The material is very stretchy and a heavier knit to keep you warmer. Nice quality material.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by funkymama from New England, USA on Tuesday, October 17, 2017I had to replace the elastic in the waistband (see previous review) because what was in there was way too tight. But I'm glad I did, because now they're funky-fabulous and REALLY comfortable. The design is pretty strange, though, and it won't work for everyone: heavy, drapey sweater knit, and crazy volume all over. The crotch is cut low, and they'd be baggy if they didn't hang so heavily. Instead, they highlight curves. Also, they're called lounge pants, but with proper styling these are definitely street wear.
Reviewed by funkymama from New England, USA on Tuesday, October 10, 2017These are listed as clouseouts, not seconds. However. I almost always wear a size 12, though I do have a 32-inch waist, so I ordered a size L--supposedly 12-14. And ladies. Though they fit rather generously in every other way, THE WAISTBAND IS 25" AROUND. Sure, it's elastic. But it's 2-inch thick, firm elastic--not all that stretchy. Very uncomfortable and SO unflattering! I know how to sew, and could open the waistband to add a few inches to the elastic without ruining the pants. I may decide to do that, since they're kinda fab. But then again, I might send them back. Because, come ON. (Thankfully, there's no v-notch in the center-front of the waistband on the pair I received, like the ones on the model. Phew.)
