These are my casual street ware sneakers but they will serve as gym-shoes once they are old. I'd be inserting a sole inserts because they are narrow and high arching.

    • Cons: I'd recommend sole insert

Because I walk with my German Shepherd Dog well over a hundred minutes a day, I need a comfortable shoe and these fit the bill. I followed the advice in the reviews and bought a full size larger and the resulting fit is good. My only beef about the quality is that the tongue on the right shoe wants to slip to the right; I don't believe it was properly positioned before sewing. I like shoes to last, and these likely will not, lacking a hard carbon-rubber sole or at least a plug at the outside of each heel. However, the price was a bargain. There is good traction for a walking shoe in all conditions save for sealed, wet asphalt. It is slippppery.

I run at the gym daily. These shoes have been comfortable from the start. 95% of my shoes are a size 10 (others being a 9.5) and these fit true to size 10.

I was told to order a size larger, and I did. Still the shoes are a bit too narrow, but will likely "conform". Aside from that, the shoes are very very nice. I like them and hope they "expand" slightly.

Clearly these are sized small, but that is why I am leaving a review now. I read what others had to say and figured out the screwy sizing and ordered accordingly.

So my two cents: I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 and ordered a 11.5 in these. Spot-on for me but clearly your mileage may vary. Personally, I like 'em because they are light and well-balanced (for my foot)...if they make me look girly then so be it I suppose, but I do not think that to be the case (per other reviewer).

    All good.

PS: probably would give these a 4-star under usual circumstances, but opted to 5-star them to help the review average since sizing-dings should not continue to be a big deal now that the reviews give buyers fair warning.

shoes are way smaller than size, at least one full size. in fact i thought the shoes were womens, not only for the way they were sized, but the way they look.
