Roper High-Performance Plaid Shirt - Snap Front, Long Sleeve (For Men)

Closeouts. It might be the pearlized snaps, the contrasting threads and the classic cut, but don this high-performance western shirt from Roper and the Old West comes back to life.

Missing the odd stitching detail on the front (which is fine by me!); mostly fits as expected, though a bit tight across the shoulders on me.

Pro's. Nice, feels comfortable soft texture. I see this as a weekend wear.

Nice to receive a true pointed western yolk on back as described.

Some western shirts I bought from STP were described as having a western back yolk, in reality it was just a piece of fabric that ran straight across the back from shoulder blade to should blade.

I returned the shirt because I felt it would not be durable enough for trail riding. Because of poor quality control, there were wads of thread stitched on the inside of the shirt along several seams. If you wanted a really light weight loosely woven fabric and the sewing machine and operator were working properly, it could make an OK summer weight long sleeve shirt. I liked the plaid and color.

this item is a really attractive, and stylish shirt; but with its flimsy material, and unstructered collar it just isn't as substantial as i would prefer.
