This bag is lovely! The hook system is easy to use and hooks securely onto my rear rack. The back pack feature is pretty clever and quite useful as well. The only thing I think could be improved upon is a way to stash the long straps when riding. They’re easy enough to roll into the top of the pack, but even then I wish the hook and loop closure was a little more snug/secure to keep the straps from bouncing about. I also, wish there was another organizational pocket on the inside. The one small zipper pouch is nice, but I could use another.

I'm giving this 4 stars even though I returned the pannier. It seems well made, has nice features, and is a good size. The only problem I had was that it didn't fit on my bike rack very well since my rack has a spring clamp on the top of it which apparently doesn't work for this particular pannier attachment system.

Backpack, pannier, purse, whatever you want. Smart snaps to fit most racks. Not sure what to do with the straps when its installed as a pannier though. Haven't tried it in rain yet but it feels very water resistant. I hope the finish lasts awhile.

I'm used to the old style hook panniers so this is a treat. Little clips that firmly attach to the bike...so easy! I take it to the supermarket and then load it right on to the bike. If I was still working I might need 2 of them for all the stuff I used to drag with me (including a clothing change). Seems very sturdy and resistant to rain. There's an additional cover to put over it if it's raining. It's a bargain on STP. Don't hesitate!
