I own a pair of nearly identical shoes in a different color. Both are Ecco's. My current pair was made in Portugal and the STP pair was made in China. The Chinese Ecco's do not fit well and seem like lower quality. If you are used to European Ecco's, you will likely be disappointed with these. I returned them to STP. If you've never owned Ecco's, you may not notice anything and you may be happy with them. I also own a pair of casual Ecco's, made in Indonesia. They also seem like a higher build quality then this pair of Ecco's.

These shoes are well made, sharp looking and extremely comfortable for a dress shoe. Great insoles with a bit of arch support. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have bought several pairs of ECCO shoes from STP over the years, and have always been extremely satisfied with their quality, endurance, comfort and sizing. The Seattle Blucher style proves to be no exception; great fit, comfort and style.

On a quest to find my wonderful husband of 35 years a new pair of dress shoes for his 58th birthday, I found these lace of shoes and decided to try them. After first buying the ECCO New Jersey Side Buckle Shoes - Leather, Slip-Ons and finding these too big, I decided to look at an Ecco Shoe Chart to verify his size. He normally wears an 8 - 8 1/2, depending on the Brand. He has and Ecco pair of dress shoes that fit him very well and they are a size 42. So once again, I ordered a 42; And once again, I received these shoes in a timely fashion; And once again, these shoes are too big: And once again, they are out of size 41. My suggestion is to order one size down!

SO - I went to another website and was able to find a very nice ECCO dress shoe. I once again ordered a 42 & a 41 this time. DRUM ROLL, please . . . . . the size 41 fit!!!! Yay!! Mission Accomplished! He his very happy and tells me I am the love of his life! :-) I don't know if the is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for ECCO, but best if you can to get two pairs to try. All's well that ends well!
