Nice size. This has a holster that wraps the hand so you shake it when you walk or run. Size will give multiple short blasts if needed. I would not use this for bear spray as it may not be hot enough. But for urban use it is very good. Just make sure, if possible the wind is at your back before using it. As a matter of experience I would say if used on a human make very sure the wind is as your back. If not you may get blowback in your own face. If they put their hand in front of their face it will block some of the spray. Still if pepper spray is hot enough it gives a very hot and burning sensation to the skin. Once used get away from the culprit by running. Call law enforcement afterwards. If you get contaminated STP sells a spray to clean your face. However you must carry that as well. It may be easier to buy Johnson's baby tearless shampoo and wash the affected area with cold water. And you can see with this pepper spray in your eyes. You will need to push your eyelids open and hold them that way. If you spray a dog stay away from it and do not approach it. The dog can bite. I've been sprayed before and it is quite debilitating. The more fair skinned the person the more affect it has. In my classes if someone was sprayed and they couldn't get their eyes open after 45 minutes off to the hospital they went. If you spray this in a room it will or might contaminate the entire room. It will get under fingernails so wash thoroughly under the nails, wash the entire head as it will cling to the hair. It is an oil after all. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN!

Very handy, lightweight and comfortable in the hand. Must have item with all the nuts out there, I remember a time when people did not have to take these measures. Better to be safe than sorry. Thanks
