Large enough for store your larger flies on both sides. Will work well to keep the hoppers and terrestrials all lined up and ready to go.

The latch on this product are ok. Sometimes don't close very good and pop open in your vest. This has happened on several occasions.

This holds and keeps organized lots of flies. Great secure snap closure on each side holds firmly. You can open each side individually. Fits perfectly into vest pocket and the foam inserts hold the flies nicely without getting stuck in the foam.

About the size of a large paperback book. Good for bring flies on trip or to keep a supply handy in a vehicle or camp. A little large for me to be handling at stream side. I can use one but ordered two of the extra small to use when fishing.

These boxes appeared to be a real bargain. I bought several so that I could set up specific boxes to hold flies for a particular stream or for a particular hatch. My only initial complaint was that the boxes are a little large and bulky for their capacity. I set up two boxes initially, one for soft hackle patterns and one for early season hatches. Now that spring is here and the season is underway, I checked out my boxes and found that the glue has loosened on the strips that hold the flies and they are coming loose. There is no easy way to re-glue the strips without making a mess of the box. The problem seems to be with the strips that are glued on individually, not the ones shown in the Sierra Trading photos. Steer clear of these boxes. There are plenty of other fly boxes out there for almost the same price or even a bit cheaper!
