The cycling shoes i replaced were always a little loose (sz 39) so I originally purchased siz 38.5. I couldnt even get them on my feet. So I returned them for a 39.5. Still too small! Returned them a second time for a 40.5 and they seem ok.. I havent worn them yet but im hoping. The experience did cost me some shipping I wasnt expecting but im glad to have new shoes.

Will have to return my second purchase because of size.

Great quality bike shoe. My feet are too wide for them (not by much but I'm picky, I probably could have made them work).

Sturdy, easy to use mountain bike shoe. To help with sizing, I ordered a 39.5 and am usually a solid 7 in women's shoes.

I normally wear a 38.5 because it says they run small I ordered a 39.5 and they were tiny. So I returned and ordered a 40.5 and they are still too small. I will be returning again and trying the 41... I am frustrated to have to keep sending back sheoes and paying shipping because the manufacturer doesn't have their sizing right. Here's to hoping the 41 fits.

Great fit! Very comfortable. Agree with other reviews. I typically wear at 41 (womens 10) and a 42.5 fits well.

These shoes are good looking, comfortable, adjustable, and are great at transferring power into the pedals. I wear a size 7, and usually get a 37 or 38 shoe. I ended up with a 40.5 - which feels a smudge too big. Bigger feels better than too small! A 40 might have worked.

I've tried a couple other pairs of mountain biking shoes, but these provide the best platform I've found. I can drive through the stoke of my pedal with good direct contact. I feel more connected to my bike with the Velcro strap and ratchet system than laces. They're also not so stiff that walking is an issue. Because of the cleats on the bottom climbing mud, clay and roots isn't a problem, though uphill on slick rocks or concrete could be an issue, if you're not able to pedal up that hill. I usually wear an insole for my high arch and I can comfortably fit my insert and foot in this shoe. It does run a bit short, and if I see the next size up in this shoe available, I will get another pair.
Overall, I'm a tough field tester, known for the rough treatment I put my gear through, and these shoes have held up well.
I would recommend this style to my friends.

I have a very short and wide foot so I always order larger. No need to with this shoe
