During the winter time I live in wool baselayers and I love anything smartwool makes. The fit is great, warm and soft, doesn't itch at all. I wear them hiking or just going to work in a cold day. Love them. Any time I see them on sale I snatch one.

Great construction, non itch, extremely warm and good color, easy movement.

Great color and fabric! It's nice and thick and warm yet still soft to the touch. The only thing is that the sleeves and the torso part are too short. For a base layer for skiing you don't want your clothes riding up and the cold getting in. Sadly have to return. But what a great deal this was! Thank you Sierra trading post!! :)

These are fantastic tops. Bought one for my mom and one for my girlfriend. My girlfriend is 5'7" 115 pounds slight build and a small fit her well. My mom is 5'1" about 160 pounds and medium fit her well. These are an absolute no-brainer for the price. Highly recommended.

SmartWool tops usually fit me but the sleeves on this one were 1-2" short. I was disappointed because I liked the look and weight of the shirt.

I have a collection of these cozy base layers because they are the best! Always Smartwool for me.

A bit thinner than I expected for the price, but really soft and comfortable, and a great layering piece.

I love everything own from this brand. However, the fit of this particular garment, perhaps representing older styling, didn't suit me. It was too short and also bigger through the waist than I expected. So I returned it.

I have a long torso and it's always a challenge to find a shirt that doesn't ride up anytime I'm bending over. This shirt has a great cut to fit a woman's body. The sleeves are long (which is fine for me), but they are graduated at the end (almost as if it could become a hobo sleeve if it was too long on someone), so it's not uncomfortable. I usually wear an 8/10 in shirts and the medium fits great.
The merino max material is substantial and not at all itchy. I bought this as a base layer for a sea kayaking trip and I think it will be great on its own underneath my rain shell. The pocket on the upper arm is a nice bonus. At this price, I would definitely recommend.

Small fit like a medium. Must be that it didn't have spandex in it. didn't seem the quality of other Smart Wool products I've bought. Sent it back.
