These are great fitting cycling tights. I ordered a Small and a Medium since the other reviewers said they ran small. The small fit perfect at 5 '3-1/2" and 130 with a curvy, athletic build. I kept the size Medium for my daughter who is 5'10" with an athletic build, and they fit perfectly. She is an avid biker and loved the style and fit, and thought that Pearl Izumi is a great brand with a good price at $34.99.

These are great cycling capris! Comfortable and padding is wonderful. I'm 5'7" and 155#'s. Both lg and x-lg fit.

I love these cycling tights. They are very comfortable, the material is of good quality and the padding is adequate. Order your normal size.

I'm don't have unusual proportions. I'm 5'6", 135 lbs and I ordered a large based on other reviews. These tights fit really weird. I think they may have been defective but a few others reported a weird fit too. They were really tight through the legs and knees, and the hips, but the waistband was not tight at all so they constantly felt like they were falling down. Everything else about these was great, the fabric, the padding, the accent, etc. Too bad cuz I really wanted to like these. I sent them back.

I needed to replace my PI cycling pants after a few years of wear. I have looked for the same style but could not find anything close so I decided to try these. After reading the reviews I ordered up and am glad I did. The other issue I have is the very short stride. I am tall and these do not come up as high as my other PI's. This makes it feel like they are always falling down. I will keep them because I am in need of new cycling tights but I am disappointed with them in general.

These tights fit great and are a bit more flattering than regular shorts on my pear shaped body. I am 5'7"and the large came to an inch or two below my knees.

Very comfortable fit around the waist, doesn't cut in. Good material too. Padding is not awkward to walk around in when not on the bike.

I love getting new bike shorts because the chamois on my old shorts get packed down after time, and don't provide as much padding. Ialso wear knee warmers a lot, especially for spring riding, and with these tights I don't need to wear knee warmers. They were a little tight the first couple times I wore them, but they conformed to my size by the 3rd ride, and are just tight enough now. These were a great purchase for an amazing price!

5'7", 36" hip-- I have the shorts version of this in size S and other Pearl Izumi shorts in S but this is my first 3/4 length pair. Based on other reviews I got these in a M. They fit fine and go just past my knees but given they are slightly larger than my shorts in the waist I think I would have been fine in the S as well.

I've bicycled for over 20 years, at least 1,000 mi/year, and have gotten most of my bottoms from Pearl Izumi. It's unfortunate that their sizing is so off in the last two years. I'm 5'5", 113lb, 26" waist, 35" hips. This puts me in the middle of a Small on the waist and on the low end of the hip sizing. So these tights in a small should have easily fit. I had tried a size small of the same style at a store in June and they had fit perfectly. But instead, the tights I received are extremely snug. The fabric is much thinner than I expected so I'm not sure how super tight, thin tights will help with warmth on cooler days. This chamois is far thinner than all my other shorts; I doubt it will suffice for my typical 45+ mile rides. On the positive side they do look sharp.
