Closeouts. Versatility and warmth define Grand Sierra's microfleece glomitts. A touch-fasten pop-over covers your fingers when the temperature drops and folds back when not needed. Thinsulate® insulation provides warmth, and the textured palm ensures a firm grip in icy or wet conditions.

BOUGHT PAIRS FOR BOTH MY SONS WHO LIKE THIS TYPE OF "GLOVE" WHEN WORKING OUTSIDE. THESE ARE WELL MADE, WARM, LIGHTWEIGHT AND EASY ON AND OFF. GREAT WHEN SHOVELING SNOW. THE THUMB COVERAGE WAS SOMETHING DIFFERENT BUT THEY BOTH LIKE THAT FEATURE. GREAT GIFT AND GREAT PRICE -

I wish you sold these with no finger tips only!
I don't need the mitten part, and there is no reason to have the thumb covered either. the whole idea is to use your fingers and although a thumb isn't a finger. it makes it hard to grab something while the cloth is on the thumb

I've never had a pair of "glomitts" but I've been wondering about them. I got both size M and size L. They seem to be true to size, soft, mid-weight warmth (like not for super cold days, but I'm in NC so don't usually have to worry about that anyway). I like how there's a little velcro tab to hold the finger covers out of your way if you want to use your fingertips. These will be useful for camping trips.

Nice fit. Seem warm. I haven't had the chance to use them hiking yet though.

I really like these. They are great on those frosty mornings when I go for a walk or when I'm working outside. As I warm up I can open up the mittens and expose my fingers to help cool off. They are also great when working and you need your finger exposed, my hands don't get as cold as they would with no glove at all.

Seem well made and warm. Will see how they hold up.

I bought these to replace a generic pair of similar gloves that only have the word "thinsulate" near the cuff. They usually run for under ten bucks. I loved the generic ones and used them for many years, actually wearing through the fabric in spots. These similar gloves are not nearly as good. The finger flaps on both of them started coming off during the first use. Too cheap to bother sending them back for refund or repair. Only got about 10 days use out of them.

I bought these for just $6 on a 50% sale, and they are certainly worth it! They've kept my hands warm down to about 25 degrees. Can't comment yet on how durable they'll be; I suspect the velcro that attaches the mitt to the back of the palm will wear out eventually. But again, for $6, no complaints.

For the price, these are an impressively warm and well-made pair of gloves. Initially I bought them to wear during winter runs, but to be frank, they're a little on the warm side for that. So, although these aren't your waterproof, below zero type gloves, I would have no qualms about wearing them for day-to-day outings during the winter. The fleece is fairly heavy. And given the low cost, I'd suggest buying a couple extra pairs to offer visiting friends and family in need of some warmth.

Note about sizing: women's large = men's medium in this case.
