Reviewed by Josh VT from N. VT. on Wednesday, August 12, 2015I live in northern VT these are the only socks that keep your feet warm when sweating in -20F . My feet may be soaked in sweat but my inner boot is dry there fore my feet are warm and toasty . In a regular wool sock my feet would freeze due to sock and inner boot being saturated with sweat, the sealskin socks keep this sweat vapor contained so your boot insulation is not compromised by moisture .At the end of the day your feet may be moist and lightly pruned up but your feet WILL be warm. Will buy as many XL heavy and mid weight as I can.Have 5 pair now 3 mid 2 heavyweight. I tried all the big name heavy weight wool socks none perform better then this sealskin sock .

Verified Buyer Reviewed by LakeStreet from Minneapolis on Wednesday, November 12, 2014Happy with the socks, they seems warm and have a slight rubbery feel which I wasn't quite expecting but makes sense given they are waterproof.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by kmnj from nj on Thursday, November 6, 2014they do not feel like socks but almost slippers-dont have the snug fit you get with socks-also I bought a few pairs of the heavyweight and they do not seem to be warm or heavy weight-for the price very disappointed but will probably keep them hoping they keep my feet dry
