Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jen B from wI on Monday, March 23, 2015I'm a curvy small person, 26.5 waist, 37.5" hip with slim legs. Be warned, I had to return the Med in these for a size Large to get a comfortable fit at the hem in thighs. The lg waist is loose, but not so much that they aren't just fine when I use the drawstring. The good thing on sizing up: they are still fitted enough for the gym as is, but they'll easily accommodate the cycling padded liner I have too. Pockets holds i5phone in ziplock and key. Why I LOVE them: the EXTRA mesh pocket - look for it on the "rear" picture above the hip - it will hold 2 or 3 gel packs, or,I in me, a 5oz water bottle off my running belt. Gym, bike, run!!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by BL727 from Missouri on Monday, October 13, 2014These were nice shorts, but they ran small overall and the legs were particularly narrow relative to the waist.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by NinjaGirl from Feeding Hills, MA on Wednesday, October 1, 2014These are not as tight as CW- compression gear - and they're a thinner material, which for me means they're more comfortable. I bought them to wear under race shorts for a little extra warmth in fall/spring. They're more stylish (for compression shorts) than the picture indicates, and very comfortable. No pressure points or chafing, on runs from 3 to 13 miles. The small zip back pocket is convenient for a smaller phone, license, key or two. The legs stayed put without being too tight. At 5'5", 135lb I was on the edge of Medium/Large and went with Large, but probably could have gone either way. If they shrink over time with washing, I'll probably be happy with Large. Very happy with the fit and comfort. Wish they were a little thicker, but they'll be fine for fall.
