The shoes are very comfortable, and I had bought them because I was very happy with the previous year's model of this shoe. However I bought a pair of these about 4 months ago and they already are leaking a ton of water in from somewhere along the side where the rubber meets the fabric. I've also resprayed them twice because the fabric itself started allowing water to come in. Nowhere near the quality of the previous model.

These shoes are unusually narrow and fit tighter than any other shoes I have ordered from Sierra Trading Post.

nice looking shoe, seems well constructed. ordered size ten which is pretty consistently my size. too short and especially too small around the forefoot. if available i would have returned for size eleven.

I like the looks. They are a bit stiff, but since they fit snuggly it feels like they were molded around my feet. This translates to secure footing. The lacing pattern makes them easy to get on while being easy to tighten securely once on. Very good traction on all surfaces I been. Now if they stand up well to use, they will meet all my expectations.

Very light and comfortable shoe. Also waterproof! I would recommend.

I like the look of the shoe, although it is not the most conventional look. The middle back part of the sole does stick out a bit but it is not awkward on the feel of the shoe.

The sole is super-grippy and makes for great traction on the road or gravel. In terms of the outer being waterproof, I wore them on a wet field (dew) and none of the water seeped into my sock.

Overall, quite happy with this shoe.

Good looking shoes, and I wanted to like them, but even a half size bigger was way too tight. These are only for narrow feet.

My husband will use these but admits the sole is a bit funky. Still, at a good price, can't beat having a waterproof trail shoe for hiking the Adirondacks. Much better for walking the dogs in the fall than heavy hiking boots or non-supportive sneakers.

I am female and wear wide women's shoes or men's normal width shoes. I have never ever tried on a shoe this tight. My feet went numb after wearing them around the house for 25 minutes. I do not think it's possible to break them in. It was tight even compared to normal width women's shoes. I've been wearing Teva sandals for 20+ years but this is my first time trying a shoe.

The shoe itself looks to be of excellent Teva quality. Nice deep grippy treads, breathable upper (didn't test the waterproof-ness), etc. There's a little extra bit of sole on the sides in the middle for stability---seems a bit odd but I wouldn't count it as a negative.

If you have narrow feet this would be awesome but otherwise I sadly recommend steering clear.

I love the feel of the women's size 9, but don't care for the color. So I tried the Men's size 7. Fits almost the same, but the toe area seems a little tight. Otherwise, I'd give them 5 stars.

The women's version is fantastic, comfortable right out of the box, worn for 2 weeks continuously up and down the Alps. They do get little swampy/hot, so I recommend bringing a change of socks for warm days or exertion. Excellent waterproofness.
