This seems warm and cozy, and should get me through the Massachusetts winter. (Other colder souls might disagree -- it is not long or puffy.) It runs a bit on the small side, I think, but I don't have a need to layer thick sweaters underneath. Mountain hardwear products have performed well for me in the past. I have noticed feathers poking through each day so far, but hopefully that will end soon.

I returned this item as it was nothing like previous down jackets by Mountain Hardware. It ran small and seemed like a sweater not an over jacket. Not enough pockets and I would freeze to death in it.

I just got one for my wife and she's already love it so much. Size fits perfect!
I ordered white one and minor problem is if you look close black feathers you can see through the fabric. But that's not big problem.

I have another Mtn HW down jacket that is a small and fits very well. Ordered this in small but it's too small. Re-ordered in med, fits great. I will say that it's not as puffy (not as much down) and doesn't have as durable a shell, as my other jacket. Will probably keep because of the great price. So, good price for the product, runs small, not as great as my other Mtn HW down jacket.
btw, 5'4", 128lbs :(, with broad shoulders and back

I'm shocked at what poor quality this is. Mountain Hardware used to be so well made. The outer shell was flimsy and thin.
Part of the interior was lined with fabric like paper. It was not even real fabric. I ordered it in white and it was so thin and see through that I could see the feathers through the fabric. Looked really bad.I can not pay money for this quality. Sending back.

Perfect fit just long enough in body that when I sit or bend down my back does not hand out. Light while being wonderfully warm at 24 degrees and I am sure even colder; 24 degrees is just the lowest temp it has been this fall to date. Love it and would buy another.

Love this jacket! So warm and light enough to fit under my raincoat. Fits pretty easily into the pocket. Also very water resistant. I am 5'3, ~120 lbs and the small was perfect for me, fitted but big enough to layer a thick sweater underneath. the length is perfect, it sits just below my hips so not too long but long enough that it would comfortably cover the waist of low rise jeans. I got the light purple color, which was a little more feminine than my tastes but it's actually really cute and not obnoxiously bright. The contrasting zippers are a cool touch too.
Only qualm is that it doesn't have a zippered inside or breast pocket but it's regular pockets are nice and big and it has two big pockets inside too.

Nice slim fit, warm coat, love the fleece inside of the collar

I was worried about finding the right size since I first ordered a small and that was too big. I think if I were large chested it would have been fine. I exchanged it (easy process!!) for an extra small and this is perfect. The fit is slim which is what I wanted - I won't be able to wear a bulky sweater but that's not what I wanted it for. I'm 5'6" and 123 lbs. I like the fact that it covers in back and has a trim, feminine cut. I also feel like the material will hold up very well.

I found this to be a nice midweight down jacket and seriously considered keeping it, as it was comfortable and the fleece collar was cozy. It layered well under my ski shell. It was, however, a brighter pink than is shown and I felt as though the jacket was wearing me rather than the other way around.
