One issue I do have is rubs a little on outside of my right ankle. Otherwise amazing super comfortable trail runner. See all types of professions using Hoka from mail carriers to people on their feet all day. I love them.

Best running shoe I've found. Just finished 1/2 marathon. Soon I'll be 63. No joint pain whatsoever. I have 3 pair running and 1 pair hiking boots. Great prices at STP, highly recommended at full price.

I bought these for my husband whose job requires him to stand for long hours at a time. His legs were really aching. These shoes really helped to relieve the fatigue in his lower legs as well as his back. He loves them!!!

Has three pairs mafate Speed, the grip performance ever, use it in peacetime training and competition, so that the legs have enough buffer and soothing.
But its disadvantage is the lack of durability.

I was not too sure I was ready for the Hoka trend but based on some friend's recommendations, I thought I would give them a try. I really like a show with level platform and these with the 4mm drop are just about right. I was surprised at how light yet sturdy these are. They have a lot of cushioning, no surprise, which is nice, but again, they are light. I rarely wear my running shoes for casual wear, mostly just for running, but I like the look of these so much I wear them around town and often for hiking. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair.

These are like running on airbags, tons of cushion and lots less joint pain after running. The soles are comically thick, but that's why they're comfortable. Recommend!

I wear a 13.5 M - to slightly narrow. I bought 13 M and they fit well. ample cushion for the downhill, good stability that almost borders on a heel cup that is too rigid (make sure you're socks don't stop below the top of the shoe, you could experience a little dig in from the heel). Stability is fine even with the height, and these shoes soak up rocks and roots all day and all night. I'm not sold on speed laces, but Hoka provides a normal set of laces as well.

Soles wear out relatively quickly (300 miles) but by then, the foam is ready for a break and it's time to think about another pair.

over all, don't hesitate to buy. I recommend.

They feel like a narrow D width, and sizing length appear true to size. I normally wear a size 12, D width, and a size 12 is what I ordered. They fit, but I try to leave lacing near toes a little loose. The cushioning is "fantastic". I had lumbar back sugery 3 weeks ago tomorrow. Im 68, and have been walking 2 1/2 miles a day for the past 2 weeks. They just absorb the shock of the foot impact. I have been so pleased that I ordered several more pairs at STP's great prices. However, I ordered 1/2 size larger. They still fit, and appear to allow a little more room for thicker socks. Are they perfect? No!.....but they will remain my first shoes of choice, along with Altras.

I have two other Hoka One One shoes and like them. I bought this from STP to replace a trail shoe. Unfortunately, the design has changed and the fit differs from the other shoes. I ran with it in the mountains for two weeks and it repeatedly gives me a hard and painful rub on my lateral heel. I cannot return the shoes to STP because of two weeks of running with them. I would hesitate before buying - the key message is, this is not the same fit as other Hoka One One products.
