Verified Buyer Reviewed by Wyoming Mom from Wyoming on Monday, January 25, 2016Warm and lightweight, but mostly outstanding because of its fit. The wrists and waist are snug fitting without annoying elastic due to the softshell panel. The hood is very adjustable and almost doubles the warmth of the jacket. A superior garment!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by DB from PA on Wednesday, January 20, 2016I really love this jacket! I've worn it several times out for walks with my dog in 20-30 degree weather & it has keep me warm with only wearing two other layers underneath. I'm usually a medium, but read other reviews and decided to get a large & am glad I did because it does run a bit small, especially around the hips.

I have a slim-medium athletic build and pretty long limbs. I'm 5'7" (wingspan is 5'10") 135# and 32D. I wear a 4 or 6 and small or medium tops. I bought this in medium and it is perfection. Plenty of room for a base layer, but the trim cut and light weight means it fits perfectly under my OR soft shell (medium).
The cuffs are awesome too; stretchy and comfy with no awkward velcro tab. I'll wear it hiking and as a mid layer for skiing. It's so soft that I might also just never take it off!

Verified Buyer Reviewed by EG trekking gear from New York - Adirondacks on Tuesday, September 22, 2015I had already bought another insulated jacket for my 4 day trip into Adirondacks but wasn't happy about the arms. I spent awhile trying different ones. When I saw this one I new it would do it because the arms are insulated on the top but the fabric under the arms are different n more flexible. Perfect!!! I just wish they had sent me the color I had chosen but the black one is not bad.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by jaz from Virginia on Sunday, August 2, 2015Great jacket....I always wear a medium and this medium is too small. Returned it for a large. 5'7"-150lb-size 8-10.
