    Color : Charcoal
    Size: M

    My Stats:
    Height: 5'2
    Bust: 34D
    Weight: 140
    Torso Length for backpacks: 14.5" -15 "
    Body Type: Hourglass

This jacket has a trim fit and I liked the charcoal color and the Polartec material, but found the quality of the stitching (asymmetrical across the chest) and seam placement to be less precise and well-thought-out than most Arc'teryx products. The under-bust seam that runs across the chest - hits below the nipple line, but above the bottom curve of your bust and makes your bust look ungainly and saggy (this is also somewhat apparent in the STP photo of the jacket where the model's bust is cut across the bottom by the too highly placed under-bust seam).

For me, the torso length of the jacket was quite long with the bottom of the hem hitting several inches below the groin. When I walk with the jacket on, the jacket torso works itself up and appears bunched and bubbles-up around the under-bust seam, making this seam lay across the fullest part of the bust. The resulting silhouette is sloppy and unflattering.

Perhaps this jacket will fit someone with a longer torso (2+ inches) with less volume in the bust, with the fullest part of their bust hitting closer to the collarbone to fit above the under-bust seam.

I selected this "jacket" for the torso length and material and am somewhat disappointed. Jacket fit is very short, to hip maybe - I originally got the M and it was a better length but way too loose and sloppy in the arms so opted for the S which while fits better, offers NO extra room. It would be better described as a sweatshirt as that's what it is. There is no mistaking this hoody for a jacket. Expensive too. Oh well.

I like 90% of this fleece. The gathers at the wrists/shoulders/chest give it an exceptional shape--along with the line along the chest. The collar is tall and the hood is warm. The fleece is very light and thin, but it's warmer than you'd expect for the weight. I got the blue-ish color and it's lovely. I'm 5'9", 145 lbs, with a full bust and narrow hips. I note this because...the not perfect part is coming. Everything on the top of this fleece is some of the best design I've seen/tried. However: there's no elastic at the waist, and no drawstring. For me, the hem of the fleece sticks out about 2 inches on each side. It doesn't look great, considering how sleek the rest of the jacket is, and it also lets air in (which defies the awesome length and the nice scoop of extra fabric in the back. If it were possible to make this fit around the hips, it would be 100%. If you are narrow chested and have wider hips, this might be perfect already!
