Verified Buyer Reviewed by RunBikeNYC from NY NY on Tuesday, January 19, 2016I bought this for my husband. He had really liked the details in photos. The jacket is great, it's a little longer than expected (which was fine) BUT the hip area is very narrow. It worked OK for my husband since he is slender but could see this being an issue with pretty much any other body type.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by PP from TW on Sunday, January 17, 2016I received this jacket and very dispointed about its condition.
The jacket was fade in color like sun-dry too long.
The fabric was uneven.
I think this item was stayed in warehouse for a long time.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Brett from California on Wednesday, December 2, 2015I'd be upset if I paid full price. It's a nice looking softshell that doesn't look like the standard mountain climber gear, and it does have a nice fit. The merino wool in the garment is laughable there's so thin a layer inside (think nylon leggings). Totally not what I was expecting or looking for. It'll keep off the chill like a thin windbreaker, but needs another layer underneath to function as a warm jacket. It really is just a shell. And with a decent base layer, it holds in the heat nicely enough. All my complaints aside, I did keep the jacket.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Windy in SF from San Francisco on Sunday, May 3, 2015I'm 6'2" 220lbs, normally wear a 44R jacket so was in between L and XL for this jacket. I went with the XL and it fits well in the shoulders, but is a hair baggy around the belly. Anyone who lives in SF knows windproof is essential, this jacket is thinner than I thought but my first short test walk in only a tshirt with it last night proves it is quite warm. Haven't had a chance to fully test out how windproof it is but so far so good, there is no drawstring around the bottom which
Oh, and my wife says it 'looks great on me' so that's always a plus!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Davey Crockett from Tennessee on Monday, March 2, 2015Super great jacket for a very slender person with thin arms and small shoulders.
I'm 5'8" and 165lbs. The size L was a good fit in the chest and midriff, but found the sleeves too long and shoulders too tight for my build.
Otherwise, amazingly great quality I always see with Icebreaker. The one caveat with Icebreaker brand, however, is that every model / product seems to fit differently. I own several Icebreaker items that I love and fit perfectly. That said, I've had to return about one third due to size/ fit.
