Verified Buyer Reviewed by Misti from Colorado on Monday, September 7, 2015This is a fantastic sweater for travelling. The simple, no-frills style is easy to wear in a variety of contexts and the charcoal gray color is an easy neutral to pair with anything (if pairing is your thing) or, alternatively, to wear over and over without showing dirt. It is lightweight, like many of the Icebreaker base layers, so rather thin for a sweater. That is part of what makes it pack up so small. The one aspect that I did not like was the single, very tiny button in the front to keep the sweater "closed". The button and button loop are both so small that they are difficult to fasten. With only one button, there are no options for closing the sweater up tighter--it remains partially open even when buttoned up. Had I not found another Icebreaker sweater that I liked even better, I would have kept this one.
Reviewed by AS from CO on Thursday, February 19, 2015I couldn't agree more with the previous review- the fit of this wrap is terrible! Very unflattering at the waist and hips. I am a die hard Icebreaker fan, but I can't send this back fast enough! The fabric is high quality, just so disappointed on the fit.
Reviewed by Kate from SF, CA on Tuesday, February 17, 2015I was so excited to receive this item from Icebreaker's "premium" line for wear around town. Unfortunately it was a total let-down. The wool is very nice quality, but the cut is horribly unflattering. Too long, and poofy at the bottom sides (makes my hips look enormous). Also don't think this was supposed to be a second (just discontinued), but the one I received had a manufacturing defect - had the single front closure button but was missing the counterpart loop on the other side. No huge loss I guess since it looked ridiculous when pulled together in the front at a single point anyway. Maybe worth trying if you're really tall and aren't planning to use the front closure.
