Wanted to like Barbour. Have the classic International motorcycle jacket and it seemed like a very cool high-end outfit. But the shirts and jackets are always somewhat undersized. They used to say to order one size up, but this particular style was very specific about being true to (American) size. And then there is this really strange aspect to the tailoring, where the sleeves have a horizontal seam halfway up--Frankenstein style. What is that about? Am I missing something, because to these eyes it looks crazy. I returned and am done with the line...

Excellent fabric and the blue color has a clear sky tint to it that is flattering. The cut is very generous with extra long tails for tucking into your pants or to let hang out. There are seam details on the sleeves that are interesting but not distracting. The fit wasn't for me as I ordered a size L (I'm a 39R) thinking I could fit it but the cut was too big and had to return.
