Customer Reviews Of:
Silit Vignola Stewpot with Glass Lid - 6.5 qt.
Closeouts. Polished aesthetics and German engineering are readily apparent in Silit's Vignola Stewpot. With an easy-viewing glass lid and a nonstick surface, this versatile tool for the accomplished chef distributes heat evenly and stores it for a long time.

Of course, the price was a big plus
Verified Buyer Reviewed by AJinSI from Staten Island, NY on Tuesday, February 16, 2016Love the durable non-stick coating, light weight, and handles stay cool (unless you put it in the oven. Lid is great, glass but not heavy either. Does an excellent job browning meat. Use a slightly lower flame than with a heavier pit. Cooks very evenly. Highly recommended.
Reviewed by cindy from CA on Thursday, February 11, 2016I probably expected too much as I have Silit Passion Colors set. This pot is very thin and light weigh.
The non-stick code looks kind of thin also, so it's doubtful that this pot will last. This pot is made in China. I thought all Silit made in Europe. My set and other Silit were made in Germany and Italy.
Anyhow I like the shape and glass lid. I still can use for soup.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by GAfromCA from California on Monday, August 24, 2015I have a 4.5 qt and a 6 qt that is narrow and tall. Love them. So when I saw this larger diameter version I had to get it. Good non-stick. Lighter weight, which I like.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by TarHeel from Chapel Hill NC on Friday, April 3, 2015This is a great pot; very well made and is top of the line with no doubts. The glass lid definitely is a plus as I can keep an eye on everything without lifting the lid. I was surprised that the handles on lid and sides did not get as hot as I expected; I didn't need a hot pad at all. I'll be looking for more Silit on Sierra as the price can' be beat.
