This little duffle is the perfect under-seat bag. It is quite roomy inside and can hold all the stuff you need on the plane with you. It is very sturdy looking and seems like great quality as my other TravelPro luggage is. It has a zippered compartment on the front outside, another inside, a shoulder strap and a hand handle. Also has the strap on the back to attach to your bigger suitcase while rolling.
I imagine this would be great for short overnight trips as well.

I have purchased Travelpro products in the past and have had no issues. I plan on using the Maxlite 2 duffel bag along with my Travepro Walkabout Lite 4 20" Exp. Wide Body Spinner. There is enough space inside the duffel to store 1-2 days of clothing. I also considered using the duffel as a gym bag, but changed my mind because there is no pocket for a water bottle.

My husband has all the Travel Pro luggage and this is the exact match. Very high quality. It's lined and the weight is perfect!

I can see why TravelPro is consistently at the top in ratings and reviews. Quality construction and the little details that matter: the heavy metal zipper pulls have built in eyelets that allow them to be locked or fastened together to discourage pickpockets and pilfering. The bag is soft sided but has padding that stiffens the sides so they stay up and open even when the bag is empty, and the top folds back out of the way without tipping the over bag when it is empty. Strong metal shoulder strap loops and snaps. Heavy duty ID tag slot under the strap that lets you slide this bag over you rolling bag handle. Except for one spacious mesh pocket inside the main compartment, there are no other interior pockets. Over years of traveling, I have come to favor the simpler interiors since the more complicated pocket designs don't work that well in practice and mean wasted space if they can't be used.

This is a basic duffle bag, as it shows in the pic. Material seems pretty substantial, and it retains shape well, despite the name ' maxiite'. Handle and carry strap are also substantial. Opening is full 'U' zip, so is easy to load. And size of 18 x 11 is about as generous as could be for a carry on. There is one mesh pocket on the inside (against the back side). There are no end pockets. If there were, I would have rated this one 5 stars. One other feature that is missing is any kind of feet buttons, which are good for long term durability and keeping the bag clean. Still, for the STP price, this is a very nice bag.
