These were all sold out in my size. I read a comment that said they ran snug in size. The boots in the half size up reappeared online and I decided to order them in order to wear them with thicker socks in the winter. I am so happy I snatched them up!

I live in MN - winter wonderland of snow, salt and slush. My feet never got cold or wet and the salt wipes right off. Even tromping around my daughter's muddy hobby farm in the slushy muck my feet stayed dry! Love these boots and get compliments every time I wear them. I love the fabric lining that keeps my feet from sweating.

Although these boots are beautiful they are small. I am an average 8 in almost every shoe and even with thin socks these were too narrow. I had to return them but will definitely be getting the next size up!

I love the Teva flip flops and was so excited to find they made boots too. I have a bunyon on one foot and a pin in the other ankle so that makes finding comfortable boots a bit challenging. But these boots are my all time faves! I read the reviews of others that said to buy a half size up. I'm a 7.5 but get 8 sometimes so being a litte unsure, I went with the 7.5 and I'm glad I did. Even with socks for colder weather on, the sizing is perfect. My toes have room to wiggle and the ankle has plenty of room too. I don't have large calfs so tucking skinny pants in is no problem. The only strange feature is the extra fabric on the inside of the calf, I suppose the idea is to allow expanding for thicker calfs but the top strap is really more for show. As this isn't a problem for me, I LOVE THESE BOOTS, the foot beds are so comfortable and of course, the price. I'm asking Santa for black ones!

These boots are so nice-well made and stylish. I have had many compliments so far. They are comfortable and fit my athletic calves no problem. I hope these last for years!

My sister bought these for 3x the price before leaving on her mission. She has loved them and so I bought them, and for once am the one who gets the smug face rights for getting the best price- she's always been one to find a deal for the best fashion and I've never been able to figure how she does it, but on this one thing - burn. Holds up to Italy's humid cold rain and cold apparently, as well as east Idaho. Toasty warm feet in our family! Absolutely no complaints love love love!!

I read many reviews before selecting this pair of boots, all positive. They mentioned quality of construction and comfort, and I agree. Also they are very nice looking boots, rich chocolate brown for the leather and the canvas is rather a deep sage green, instead of the burgandy color described. Very happy with this purchase.

I love these boots. I have thick calves and the expansion panel allows me to not need a specifically 'wide calf' boot in this style.

I'm a bit apprehensive about ordering leather boots unseen but these were everything I had hoped they would be. The color is more a deep chocolate with red overtones rather than a burgundy but it makes for a stunning boot. Very well made made. All seams are double stitched even at the buckle. Canvas backing is tough stuff - serious, heavy canvas. I am 5'3" and around 170 lbs. I wear a size 7 1/2. Shaft of the boot was just big enough to house my calves as well as tucked in, lapped over jeans. There is an ingenious leather gusset ( NOT an elastic gore panel as in the specs.) at the top of the zipper to help make room. The shoe bed is well padded with room for heavy winter socks and wouldn't make my feet feel cramped. Lining is not leather but a warm wool like material. (Warmer than a leather lining.) Leather is waterproofed and looks it. (Handsomely so.) WarmI am thrilled with this purchase! This looks like a $300 pair of boots.

I've looked at these boots on several sights for a year, and I'm so glad I finally ordered a pair. The burgundy color is more brown than pictured (which I prefer). I needed a larger size though. I usually wear a 7.5-8 so I ordered an 8, but am returning for an 8.5. I will wear these in the winter and need room for a medium-weight sock. I have a narrow foot, and slender build, so I recommend buying a larger size. I can't wait to get my exchange. These boots will look great with jeans or skirts, and will have great traction in our Vermont snow.
