These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box. I walk a lot and marvel at how comfortable these shoes are

I had previously purchased these for myself for a three week long trip. I needed comfortable shoes that could be extremely versatile. I bought both the black and the burgundy shoes. They were perfect! The trip was visiting family in several locations. At one point, my niece saw the burgundy shoes by the door. She put them on and said "Aw! Too bad, they are too big. If they fit, they'd be mine!" That comment made me order a pair for her as well. She loves them and needless to say, was very surprised! Thanks for getting them to her so quickly.

I really liked the look and fit of these shoes. I had ordered a half size larger and they fit in the length and width nicely. They seemed to have a negative heel which I really liked. My only complaint and the reason I didn't keep them was the material and stitching across the top of the foot irritated. I was planning on wearing the shoes with no socks but I didn't think the material would loosen up enough. I did try them on with socks and didn't notice the irritation as much. Without that problem I would have kept the shoes in a heart beat.

Very comfortable, good arch support - moderate but good. I went 1/2 size up from my normal 8 and was glad I did. No problem with pinching from the top or rubbing in the back, no looseness - just right. Look good with all kinds of pants, or skirts/dresses. Am glad I bought them!

I normally love Tevas. I have about 5 other pairs - all different styles. These looked like they would be comfortable. I found them really stiff. They cut me across the top of the instep too which I know does not always work itself out. So I sent them back. They did seem like good quality which Teva seems to be great for. But they just weren't right for me.

I love Teva sandals so I thought I would try the closed shoe. My normal shoe size is 8M however in the Teva sandals I wear a 7 1/2. After reading the reviews about this shoe running small, I didn't know if I should go up a 1/2 size from my normal size of 8 or go up 1/2 size from the Teva size. I ordered an 8 and it is perfect. Very comfortable even with air foam inserts and Peds foot liners. I wore them for about two hours at a dog obedience class and they were fantastic. Quickly ordered another pair in the burgundy.

Before purchasing I'd seen the comments about the brand running small, which is true. I took a chance that these were made of the same material as another pair of Teva boots which stretched to perfection after a couple wears and ordered my normal size. The first couple wears were a bit rough but they performed exactly as I expected and have stretched to a custom fit.

My only complaint, and reason for four stars instead of five, is the tab of leather that is on the heal end of the shoe. It was ultimately the source of the rough start as the edges are raised and caused uncomfortable rubbing.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I ordered a half size bigger, but still too small. Nice shoes for the price, but order 1 size bigger. I had to send these back :(
