Better than a regular shirt on the cold days.

Short pillowy sleeves. Made for someone with stubby fat arms. Not for me.

I'll get my only beef out of the way, it could be longer in the body - but that's normal for my slightly long torso on a 5' 11" 185 lb. frame. It'll work it's way untucked sooner than I'd like. Other than that, I really like this shirt. Tight weave, apparently good stitching, very tight button fitting (which usually means they'll stretch out a bit as it wears and not get too loose - have only worn it twice). The finish is less distressed than appeared in its web-view, which I heartily approve. I'm not crazy about clothing looking too worn before ever worn. Sleeves are plenty long (my torso's matched with somewhat simian arms) and it's a truly unique shade of olive which should go nicely with a variety of pants. I wouldn't classify this as a shirt-jac at all, however. It's a sturdy, but not particularly heavy twill and definitely not cut to accommodate more than a T-shirt underneath.
But I really like it for the price I paid - but never would've paid the retail price.
