I like the looks of these boots, and they are nice and light, but they don't seem durable. I pulled an eyelet right out of them while unlacing them after the first time trying them on. Looking at the rivet, it barely had any surface area to grab with. This might have been a fluke but I wouldn't trust them on a hike or for very long, especially since the material is pretty soft and light.

I put maybe 50 miles of hiking into these boots before they've almost completely broken down. I'm an overpronator and they offer almost no support. And they gave me nasty blisters.

I bought these boots to work in. I am inside and outside and on my feet all day. I initially bought 2 pairs. I am like these boots so much I am purchasing a 3 pair. I wear them everyday. Great fit and durable. You can not go wrong with these boots!

I love these boots. I have many different Chaco sandals and older shoes and boots (with original 1-piece sole). These new style soles (with removable insole) don't quite seem to have the same amount of arch support as the original Chaco sole, but they are much lighter, the support is still very good, the heel is still dropped, and the footbed, all-in-all, is extremely comfortable. These boots have a thin layer of foam insulation bonded to the inside of the leather and the foam is covered with what appears to be fairly tough fabric material that is bonded to it. Even with this internal insulation the boots are a good fit. I normally wear size 12 and the same size in these fits perfectly. Plenty of room in the toes for thicker socks. Would definitely recommend.

Great fit and look. Got to wear to the office on cold, wintery days. Sizing spot on and comfortable as my other Chaco products

This is the best fitting and most comfortable boots I have worn in decades. Really! My feet are really happy.

Fit perfectly, plenty of room in the toes which helps my feet feel more relaxed. Nice look excellent quality, will look for more of these in the future. I love the light weight which keeps my knees from hurting, Well designed sole and boot. Fit as expected. Shipping was fast.

These are not as supportive or as hefty as other Chaco boots I have bought. I have a large blister on the bottom of my right foot after wearing them a day, something that has never happened with a Chaco product before. They probably will work for eye candy boots for the fashion set, but I like mine to actually do some work, too. This is the second pair of disappointing boots from Chaco through Sierra. I guess that is why they are closeouts. Usually, I can put Chaco boots or shoes on without the need for any break-in. The last couple products I have bought have not been as good as Chaco's prior excellence. I hope that's a temporary thing, since I loved the old-skool stuff they used to offer (Tedinho boots and low shoes, Hinterland boots, etc.), which was extremely supportive of my flat feet. I love them so much, I bought six pairs of Tedinho low shoes, just to have some on-hand for the future because I knew they would be discontinued in that style. So I hope things return to those days.
