The Onmi Heat is on the sleeves and the sides only. And the actual Onmi Heat are tinny reflective stickers directly on the super thin fabric. I was expecting something else to hold the Onmi Heat besides the fabric itself, which is ultra thin so it doesn't really help with the cold much at all. The synthetic insulation in the front and back doesn't do much to protect against the cold either. Last but not least, the zipper is plastic and seems very cheap. It's not covered on top so it scratches my throat when zipped up all the way. I'm disappointed that the garment is not thicker in general, especially the sleeves. We own several great Columbiagarments and I have to say this is the worst one I've ever seen. I'd return it if I could but I already removed the tags. What a waste. What happened, Columbia??
