Customer Reviews Of:
Andrew Marc Eugene Chelsea Boots (For Men)

Closeouts. Fine leather and an excellent fit separate Andrew Marc's Eugene boot from the typical Chelsea. A burnished toe and heel and low-profile gores add extra distinction.

Bought these for office duty use because they were smooth leather (and can be polished and kept up) instead of the current trend that of nubuck. As the other reviewer mentioned, they are a bit tight around the ankle, and getting them on is a pain (easily remedied with a shoehorn... remember those:). However, after 10 uses, the heel began to separate from the shoe. I attempted to use "shoe-goo" to fix it, but I hardly think that should be necessary after so few uses. Bottom line: great-looking boot, but the quality of assembly leaves a lot to be desired. I'm sending them back.

This is a really nice looking boot and once I get it on, it fits well. The problem is that the elastic is tight and has limited stretch making the shoe very difficult to pull on. I'm hoping it loosens up with wear and repeated stretching. Other than that, the shoe is stylish and has a unique color and finish. The support and cushioning are adequate for normal use.
