Unfortunately I got a defective bag. When it arrive all the zippers inside were broken and because they are not exposed, impossible to get zipped back up. These were the zippers that held the interior padding in the bag. The bag itself is very big, almost too big for a blind. With all that said, the material he bag is made out of appears bomb proof!

If you want bag that will keep your gear dry, I believe this bag will do a good job at that. It is spacious and appears to be rugged enough for the coastal areas of Louisiana where I hunt. The reason I gave this bag a rating of three is because the four zippered compartments inside the bag. The zippers are all sewed in backwards making me think this is a bag that didn't pass quality control hence the reduced price. In other words the part of the zipper that you would grab is inside the inner compartment not on the outside (making it impossible to close). I thought about sending the bag back but I hate the hassle and need a dry bag this season. I do not plan to place small items in those individual side compartments (I need a large dry bag) so improper internal zippers really don't matter to me as long as the rest of the bag functions properly.

This is an excellent bag for packing essential and non-essential gear. Adequate storage and secure Velcro closures, buckles and zippers to keep water out and contents dry. I pack survival gear and a dry, warm change of clothes and spare hat, gloves, etc in one and pack in another snack, thermos and whatever else to make the hunt more comfortable and/or enjoyable. Buckles are a bit stiff/tight to operate with gloves but splitting hairs.... overall a great bag
