Thin material and lightweight. Great for layering. Seems to be made for slimmer builds. Medium fit 6'3" 170# just right. Would have rated it 5 if material had been a bit heavier.

Roomy fit, soft and comfortable. The extended sleeves are an excellent feature to cut the chill on your hands without wearing gloves. Going to get a lot of use out of this on my Everest Base Camp trek.

This is a lightweight, highly breathable grid fleece. It makes a good selection when the weather is going from cool to warm, and when you're doing aerobic activities. I've used it in temps from mid-40sF to mid-60s on 6-10 mile hikes and it performed well without overheating. Would work great for exercising at high elevation in wind and rain with a waterproof breathable hardshell. Compresses well and lightweight enough for backpacking. If you're doing low-aerobic and/or stationary activities or looking for something for the depth of winter, might not be the best choice.

Bought this for my nephew who is 6'8", the sleeve and torso length fit great! there is a drawstring on the inside bottom of the jacket that works great to keep the wind out.

If your looking for a stand alone fleece, i'd look elsewhere. But, if your looking for functional mid layer or active outer layer this fleece is perfect. I spent 4 hrs shoveling snow on Sunday(I rcv'd the jacket on Wednesday), I started out with this jacket under an insulated shell, before long I took the shell off and was pleasantly surprised how this jacket keep me warm on a 30 degree sunny day all by itself. I never overheated and the underarm area was bone dry after 4 hours of shoveling. Great active layer.

I was expecting a hoodless version of the Desna Hoody I got a couple of years ago, just wanted the same thing without a hood. There is no comparison. Most of the fabric is much lighter than that of the hoody, with an important exception--the black material under the arms is much heavier than the rest. This assures that your arm pits remain hot, damp, and toasty while the rest of you chills, just what every cyclist, jogger, and climber wants! The rest of the material is so thin that you can nearly see through the doubled fabric of a sleeve. The finish is excellent, everything works, the fit is fine, but I'm just not sure what to do with it? Perhaps add a shell vest?
