Icebreaker Compass Plaid II Shirt - Merino Wool, UPF 30+, Short Sleeve (For Men)
Discontinued. Bet your basic button-fronts can't do everything this Icebreaker Compass Plaid II shirt can do -- like regulate body temperature, wick moisture, provide UPF 30+ or manage odor.

Reviewed by John from Massachusetts on Wednesday, August 31, 2016Received a Compass Plaid II Long Sleeve instead of short sleeve shirt. Wore once, but too hot to really give it a real try, so giving 2 stars for now since it definitely was not short sleeve.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ZZ_MA from Boston on Wednesday, August 10, 2016I have an Icebreaker T-shirt and this is my 1st merino button shirt. It took me maybe 30 min to get to used to the slight scratchy feeling on my back and chest, very similar to what I feel with linen shirts, it feels very comfortable once my skin us used to the feeling. It wicked sweat quickly during a 30 min walk at ~90 F and under the sun yesterday. I did not feel hot at all. The mesh fabric under the armpit works great in wicking the sweat out. The shirt looks nice enough for wearing to work. It fits like classic fit, a slightly slimmer fit will be even better. I have washed the shirt once and it did not shrink at all, as expected.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Silverphl from Philadelphia on Wednesday, June 29, 2016I loved the shirt and wore it one time. I noticed two holes in the underarm webbing as a took it off. I tried to fix these but I'm not so great a seamster and it is still noticeable. I probably will never wear the shirt again. I then tried rinsing it, but it is no better. I also tried several times to attach the image but that does not seem to work, Oh well, The look is great, it's lightweight, but I wasted my money
Verified Buyer Reviewed by mlee from Mankato, MN on Friday, February 26, 2016These shirts are incredible quality. It is hard to tell from the pics, but there is an area under the arms with a ventilated with a stretchy perforated panel for breath-ability. The front pocket is a nice touch, but is a little small for a cell phone. Good for drivers license or check card. I normally wear an XL with Icebreaker, but the XL is a little roomy with this shirt. The L has a nice fitted or slim fit.
