Lightweight and comfortable, typical new balance fit style and comfort-love their consistency.

They may be just a little tight (same size as my other New Balance), but I am sure (like the others), they will wear nicely. With the discount and the coupon on top of that (& that is a great shoe), I cannot complain. I will definitely come back to Sierra for my next purchase of running shoes.

I had the same shoe, numbers an d style, this show was nothing like the previous ones. Very disappointing.

Overall these are a well made light shoe with good support. I normally wear 11.5, and often order New Balance, and these seem to run a little small.

This is my 4th pair of 890s. They are lightweight, comfortable, and fairly durable. I normally put in at least 15 miles a week; more when I'm ramping up for an event. I rotate two pairs of 890s along with a pair of Brooks Pur Projects (another excellent shoe) and have been an injury free, happy runner for years! Fit is what you'd expect, no need to order a larger size than usual.

The sole on the bottom started to fall apart after 2 weeks use (at gym) - we returned. Glad STP has good return policy.

The shoes are light and responsive. Perfect for fast tempo run and intervals on the track.

However, I had blisters on the balls of my fit when I ran over 8miles on the track with them

Met my expectations based on ratings at several running websites. Light, stable with good cushion, especially in the heal. Only logged 12-miles so far, but they appear to be a good lightweight road training shoe.

I am a treadmill and street runner. 6'2" 195lbs. I also have a wider foot. The Nike Pegasus 29 was one of my favorites as a all purpose runner. Now the 890V5 has taken that place for me. It is extremely light weight similar to my Zoot's. The 890v5 is wider in the toe box with outstanding cushioning without feeling mushy. Your knees, hips, and back feel like the shock is removed on each step without that over mushy feel that robs the energy out of your stride. This would be a great shoe for those that are on their feet all day or has knee or hip issues. Just a well rounded runner that could be used all day.

Me: I'm a short stumpy Midwestern borderline clydesdale. Run ~12 miles/week crossfitter. I only wear these running. These are very light and fast yet they cushion well. For me they were about 1/2 size too small in length so order 1/2 size up. They are a little bit snug width wise but they break in after 4 runs or so. I wear very light socks. Nice compromise from Asics Kayano or the other $150-160 flagship models of each brand at about 1/3 the cost. They look good too plus not blindingly white in color so they will look good for sometime.
