Asolo Piuma Hiking Boots (For Men)

Closeouts. Day hikers can lace up the Asolo Piuma hiking boots for support and traction on mixed terrain and trust the water-resistant suede upper to provide durable, breathable comfort. Like these boots, exactly lye as described. I agree the footbed could use a little cushioning but overall they are great. Wore them at firefly. No problems at all

Ordered a half size up, and glad I did. The 12.5 fits a little snugger than a Keen/merrell 12. I needed a light summer boot and was sick of buying keens every 4 months. Pretty good ankle support, light, comfortable out of the box. I can't comment on durability, yet. They feel solid and will be daily wearers. Happy with the purchase. Almost paid $30 more on Amazon. Always check STP before you buy, folks.

These are great looking and very comfortable boots. I live in Western NC and hike all over. They have great ankle support and are light and breathable. I did replace the insole with another very thin one since the original seemed quite hard. Had to order a full size larger to get correct fit.

I own 4 pairs of Asolo hiking boots and the Piuma is very different than the other boots. True to its claim, I do feel that the boots mold themselves to my feet. But the softer materials used here also make them less comfortable when hiking on rough terrain, because you can feel the tree roots, gravel and pebbles under your feet. But on maintained trails, these boots without a stiff sole are the perfect compromise between comfort and trackability.

I got these boots and I really liked the look and the weight. I also like the idea of zero drop and the boot fit around my foot like a glove, however, after putting them on I noticed there was no arch support which is a problem for my flat feet... I had to return them for this reason...
