Reviewed by Sassy Granny from WA State on Friday, October 21, 2016I bought this item for my husband. He's not a hunter, but we often walk our dog in a nearby orchard which, from Fall through early Spring, is wet, messy (think mud), and cold. He has other Winter boots that lace, but these allow him to slip the boot on easily & quickly with no fussing. They are a bit large, but with wool socks fit well and, he tells me, are very comfortable. They are also well made and very durable. Our dog likes them too.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Every day on the Land! from Arctic Quebec on Thursday, October 20, 2016The price seems reasonable at first, until you factor in C.O.D. charges that total 76.15 to the original cost of the boots. Its really to bad this couldn't be mentioned on the website. I will NEVER purchase anything from Sierra Trading Post again.
As far as the boots go, their amazing!!
You need a better rating system, 5 out of 5 for the boots, and 1 out of 5 for not being upfront about the total cost. Or at least mention that there may be additional charges.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jordan the Lab guy from Tennessee on Friday, January 29, 2016I would like to wait until I've been able to walk around in these things in the real world before posting, but my initial impression is that these are nice boots. Tried them on and they fit a little tight, so take that however you like when ordering. I usually wear a 12 in this type of boot and ordered 12's in the wide and they fit fine, but are a little hard to get off. I figure they will break in a little after use, so no big deal.
