They are much stretchier than other jeans but not so much that they loose their shape or feel like jeggings. If you are between sizes, you can order down a size and still be ok. I am curvy 6' tall, size 10 to 12 and ordered 30/34 and fit was spot on. Normally I look for 36 inch inseams, but because these are skinny jeans, the 34 inch length work with sandals, sneaks and heels. The next pair I ordered was 29/34 and yes a bit tighter but very acceptable and I could still move easily in them. I also love the spacing of belt loops on the side (a bit closer together) which makes wearing a belt very comfortable. Wish they had more colors! Overall, a lovely jean and very versatile.
