These boots fit to size. Just got back from a 3 day mountain jam. No "hot spots" and plenty of support. They are stiff but flexible when you need them to be. By the 2nd day they were really starting to break in. Very happy with this purchase.

They fit like skate shoes. Very snug and the boa system is great. Twist and go

Fit snug and comfortably but were very wide over the instep which made for a bad fit in my Burton binding.

As for the negative reviews. If you are unable to tighten the boots via the dual boa system I would recommend buying a smaller size boot. Snowboard boots should be snug WITHOUT lacing them. In addition to this, you should not have to wear super thick socks with them.

These boots are well constructed and feel very stiff with little flex. There are two boa ratcheting buttons for the lower and upper laces. The inside of the boots feel snug and very warm. This was definitely a good buy!

I really wanted these boots to fit well and after searching high and low for the dual zone boa feature. But the overall fit is poor, the lining closure system is awful, and boa system does tighten well enough to provide adequate support.

Let's talk about liners. The pull cord with slide system has worked for me in the past but this one makes it near impossible to get a good snug fit. There is no excuse at this point for a subpar closure system on liners. Furthermore the liners are extremely difficult to remove from the boot which wouldn't make drying these out very easy after a long day on the mountain.

The fit of the boots is way too loose in and around the ankle area. The boa system tightens the upper and lower zone separately but neglects the connecting area (around the ankle) where it is impossible to tighten the boot enough to provide adequate support.

Lastly this is a super wide boot. I barely fit these my Gnu boots bindings. Both the heal cup and ankle area were squashed in. These are the opposite of low profile and remind me of NASA space boots.

Sorry Rome.... you guys really dropped the boot on this one.
