5.0 out of 5 stars. Absolute StealReviewed by Shredder from OR on Wednesday, February 23, 2022As several others have already confirmed, this is a 2021/2022 season deck from Rome's international catalog. It's on the lower end of their product spectrum, but appears to only be available in Japan where it currently retails for the yen equivalent of over $500 USD. Even if you only ride it one or two times a year, this board is an absolute steal for all the tech it incorporates, especially if you're a beginner/casual rider who only stays on piste and isn't chasing speed, or if you're an intermediate to advanced rider who stays primarily in the park. I've been riding a pretty stiff all-mountain/freeride deck for about a decade now and picked this up because I wanted something a bit more playful to start learning my way around park riding. At this price point, it cost about the same as a used five to ten year old park decks from similar quality brands, so for me it was a no-brainer.
Consider this -- Rome SDS is an established, well-respected snowboard brand. This board, with some of their most current rider-tested tech, is cheaper than most of the one-season throwaway boards you can find on Amazon from brands none of your local shops would ever consider stocking. If you're on the fence while these are still in stock and you're either a beginner or someone looking for a more playful/park-friendly setup, highly recommend you pull the trigger.

Park / All Mountain / Powder
Fusion camber is playful with repulsion, so it can be used universally on any snow surface.
Bamboo hot rod brings playful riding with response
Since it is a stomp core, it is sharp and there is no unpredictable movement, and the response is good while having press performance.
Renewed the shape and camber last year and adopted a fusion camber so that you can enjoy more free riding. Although it is a soft flex, the bamboo hot rod increases the repulsive force, making side hits on the slopes, parks, and terrain play more enjoyable.
A modern positive camber for all-mountain performance with a few rockers at the contact points.
