I am a 7, 7.5 in American sizes with a high arch and a medium width. I have Romikas for every season and in all the colors I regularly wear. Most of my shoes are Romikas. When I found these at a terrific price, I didn't even hestitate. 38 Romika always fits. Sadly, these shoes were too short. My heels hung off the back. I can't say if it is because they are too short or too narrow (for my foot to go all the way in), but sadly, they will be going back and I will continue to hunt for new black shoes.
