After trying on several different pairs of xc-ski boots, these are by far the most comfortable and didn't take any time to break in.

The boots are very comfortable, there was no break in period, I skied in them for 2.5 hours pulling by son in his trailer (about 45 pounds) and the boots were great.

I love the boot, but the sizing is tricky. I usually wear a 39 or 4o and have a wider foot. The 39 was way too small both in the toe and in the width. The 40 was a full size too big in the toe area. I wear a women's 8.5 and the Rossignol boot in this model does not come in half sizes. The design seems well made, although the plastic running up the back of the heel could be problematic.

Customer service was really helpful with specs.. I didn't know if I need a NNNBC boot or if I could use a NNN boot to fit my NNNBC ski binding so I learned something!

for the great price I am thrilled & can't wait for our first snow!

STP sent me two left feet boots and both are clearly different models/years of the same boot! I think that the service in shipping obviously lacked big time on this one. Let's see if STP rectifies this one promptly. For what it is worth, this appears to be a rare - but big - mistake on STP's part.
