The temps are in the mid 20's. I do not think they would work well in the mid teens. the boots "cold soak" my feet (I have nerve damage in both my legs) when I am not active.     A close out boot. Comfortable and light, therefore, no break-in needed. One boot felt tighter than the other. Worked two days in wet snow and my feet were lightly wet. I didn't treat the boot believing it was supposed to be waterproof. Temp was 25 deg, so not real cold to test the insulation.
