Reviewed by Host and traveler from Texas on Tuesday, April 9, 2013These sheets were bought for our guest bed, but we used them once to evaluate their comfort and breathability. We found the sheets to be quite soft and of high quality. The pillow cases zip so look a bit like pillow covers, but they function just fine. There was a bit of rustling of the pillow cases and bottom sheet, all urethane backed, but it was minimal and did not interrupt our sleep. Since we have many international visitors, we liked the idea of having some protection against bedbugs. The deep pockets should allow use on most mattresses. A great buy for a great product!
Reviewed by mmanotherm from Chandler, AZ on Friday, March 22, 2013I was somewhat disappointed i these sheets. I washed them and they are still rough and scratchy, not sift at all, not comfy to sleep on. The color is nice creammy color. They are for a deep size queen mattress. My mattress is queen and 10" deep but these sheets are fitted for deeper and the waterproof effect is nice. In AZ it is hot already so they made me sweat the first night. The sheets would be good if you have pets that pee on your bed though, protecting your mattress.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Countryliving from Sierra foothills, CA on Tuesday, September 25, 2012This is the second set I bought, one for each bed. I use the fitted sheet and pillow cases under regular fitted botton sheets and under pillow cases to protect against dust mites and spills/animal spit-ups, etc. The top sheet I use like any other sheet.
With my last purchase: washing the bottom fitted sheet my frontloading washer didn't get all the water out. Water got trapped in the coated side--needed to put back and spin on max. extract.
- Best Uses: Use As Covers
- Cons: Doesn~~~apos~~~t Wring Out Well, Mattess Cover Flimsy

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ann from NY on Wednesday, June 20, 2012I bought this set for two reasons, to have a permanent, waterproof cover for my mattress -- that's how I use the fitted sheet, and to have ticking for my down pillows, to keep the feathers from sticking out -- ouch! They work great. My only complaint is that the zipper pull came off one of the pillowcases the very first time I zipped it. Not a huge problem, but kind of annoying in a brand-new item. The pillow cases and fitted sheet are coated with urethane, so they feel a little stiff. The top sheet has no coating and just a nice-quality sheet.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lilibond from Queensbury, NY on Tuesday, June 12, 2012These sheets looked beautiful and had all good ratings, so I was excited to order them for such a fair price. The negatives: They are too big for our Queen sized mattress. The plastic under coat causes them to slip off of the mattress and get all wrinkled and lumpy. The plastic under coat causes heat issues, especially when it's humid. They are just not what I had hoped for. I had even considered returning them!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by zagbob from Lincoln, RI on Sunday, February 5, 2012Despite the backing on the pillows and fitted sheet, product is surprisingly breathable. Fitted sheet will fit very deep mattresses and flat sheet is generous as well.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Agate Blue from Nor. California on Friday, January 6, 2012First, the size on the Queen sheets is generously big. I'd say they would fit a 17" mattress at least.
The zippered pillowcases are better quality than the dust-mite pillow covers one can buy at local outlets.
We put the fitted sheet under our flannel sheet to add protection for the mattress.
- Cons: Thin material
- Pros: Roomy, Unique product
