I disagree with the reviewer below who said that this runs true to size. I ordinarily wear a size 6-8 in tops, but took a chance and ordered this in Large, the only size available, figuring that a bit of extra room might be ok in this style. It fits me perfectly; I wouldn't want it any tighter because the buttons would gap. Color is a little blah, but does have the advantage of likely blending in with almost any other color so a good travel piece. Neckline is very attractive.

Take a chance on this shirt to add interest to your wardrobe. If it doesn't work for your Sierra Trading Post has a quick and efficient return process.

Material is comfortable and the perfect weight. I wear a medium in almost all tops, and the medium of this fits like a dream. The only draw back is that wearing it open can look a little funny with the way it hangs. I wear it buttoned 99% of the time because of this. Had it for a year and it's washed up just fine.

About Royal Robbins

By the late-1960s, veteran Yosemite rock climber Royal Robbins and his wife Liz had grown tired of wearing cutoff jeans on the crag. At the time, apparel designed specifically for outdoor adventure was virtually non-existent. After years of wishing for something better, the couple finally decided to create their own, starting with a pair of climbing shorts called the “Billy Goat.” This was the beginning of Royal Robbins’ clothing revolution. Today, nearly 50 years later, Royal Robbins outdoor clothing is as rugged and reliable as ever. When you buy a Royal Robbins sweater or shirt, or a Royal Robbins pair of pants or shorts, you can bet it will fit great, whether you’re climbing in the Sierra Nevadas, camping in the backcountry or relaxing in your own backyard.
