The torso fits fine but the sleeves are so tight that it almost feels like I'm wearing compression sleeves. It's a flattering shirt but consider sizing up if your arms are on the larger side and you don't need enhanced circulation.

Agree it runs small. I am 5'9, 150, 34C and the medium (my usual size) was too tight as to show every lump and bump. It's also slightly sheer in white, so a darker color might work in usual size.

I bought this for my 30-something daughter who is a size M, and it looks fantastic on her. Very quality fabric, soft but not too thin, will hold up with washing. The styling with the side seam a little bit forward, makes the shirt very stylish and flattering to the figure, and it's not too tight like some ruched shirts are.
