Most Helpful 5-Star Review
COWL DRAPE IS ODDReviewed by anncarr48 from South Texas on Tuesday, April 10, 2018Nice soft fabric and color (I ordered in Cantaloup) but will return because of fit at neckline. I am narrow across shoulders so just did not look right. Made for a broader shoulder figure.
Not badVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mountainsound from Mountain town on Tuesday, March 28, 2017Reviews said this shirt ran small but I disagree. I am somewhat short-waisted so it was a little long. I typically wear a medium, I have a small frame and a large chest (34-C/D). I just did not like the peach color, it was very bright.
Weird fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mtn Mama from Montana on Monday, March 20, 2017This shirt fit weird. The neckline was awkward looking. Just not good. The color was not what I expected either so this is going back.
62% Polyester!Reviewed by Jojo from Oregon on Wednesday, January 25, 2017Should not be described as a TENCEL shirt...more truthful to say POLYESTER since it has twice as much of that.
Difficult sizingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dorothy from Minnesota on Tuesday, April 26, 2016As someone who usually wears size small, I ordered size medium after reading reviews. Medium was too tight so I had to pay postage for an exchange. Size large was too large, but desparate to make it work, I washed and dried it, hoping for a little shrinkage. That helped a little, but I am still disappointed about the sizing. The top itself has nice style and fabric.
comfortable, flatteringVerified Buyer Reviewed by Brian from Pennsylvania on Sunday, March 27, 2016The shirt is a lovely blue color, and the ruching is very flattering. I like the cowled neckline, but the shape is a little odd and angular where the front panel of the shirt attaches to the yoke. Otherwise, it's very cute. The material is a little, which is good in the sense that it covers up bra-lines and things like that, but I don't know yet how breathable it will be in warmer weather.
Well made but SMALLVerified Buyer Reviewed by minda from New York on Monday, December 14, 2015I saw all the other reviews saying this was small, so I ordered up a size and these are extremely TINY. Had ordered a large for someone who would have fit into the medium size-category...and ended up sending it back for an extra large. Very cute shirring in the front, just order WAY up! The material is comfortable and seems well-made. Not super thick but will be a nice spring/summer shirt.
nice but....Verified Buyer Reviewed by hm from sussex county, nj on Monday, October 19, 2015Ordered a size large in several colors. I am usually in the medium size category for clothing. FYI, this brand does not seem to do 'vanity sizing'. Even though I am short, 5'1" the top looked good because you can scrunch it up at the bottom. Don't need it to hang around till next summer at that price. Sent it back.
Classy Top but Order UpVerified Buyer Reviewed by LaMadrilena from Naples, FL on Saturday, October 17, 2015You need to order up one size in this top. I usually order M in Royal Robbins, but I had to return it for a L. The aqua color is pretty. The material is very soft and stretchy with UPF 50 built in. This is a well made garment with some feminine touches such as ruching, a cowl neck, and 3 button detail on the sleeves.
Order One Size UpVerified Buyer Reviewed by LaMadrilena from Naples, FL on Wednesday, October 7, 2015I ordered the M, and Royal Robbins M usually fit me. This did not. It fit like a S. It was very pretty, though. I like the built in sun screen, the buttons on the sleeves, the high quality tailoring, the cowl neck, the ruching. I called STP and they sent me a L. I just received it today, and even the L is a bit tight over the abdomen. Luckily, the shoulders fit like a M. When I looked at it in the mirror, it made my body look slim...it must be the ruching and the tailoring. So I will keep the L. It's comfy like a tee shirt, but with the cowl neck and ruching , it is quite elegant. You can wear with pants, capris, skirts. It's fine for the office, church, going to a show, or hanging around the house. It's especially perfect for outdoor events like spectator sports, concerts, picnics where you could get a sunburn. It's a factor 50. Aquas, turquoises, and teals are my favorite colors, so I have a lot of clothing that matches.
