4.0 out of 5 stars. Just right for ridingReviewed by Katie5k from Massachusetts on Wednesday, December 6, 2017I'm a rider and I was looking for a jacket with the rare 2-way zipper! Most winter coats don't have one unless the coat is quite long. Riders don't need anything long when they're in the saddle. The 2-way zipper allows me to ride without the jacket bunching up around my hips. The inside pockets are great, I can carry my phone without worrying it will fall out.I bought an S so I'd have room for a sweater but I could have bought the XS. Massachusetts has had a mild Fall so I haven't worn it more than a few times. I'm fairly confident that I'll be warm enough riding in the indoor arena when winter arrives. My only complaint is that there are feathers coming out of the seams already.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Cute and FunReviewed by Anonymous from Washington on Tuesday, October 31, 2017I bought this as a gift for my 90 year old mom. It is the cutest, very stylish and flattering. I would say it is true to size, I ordered a small. It fit both of us, she is 5’1 100lb and I am 5’5 and 120lb. If one was to wear a bulky sweater under it however, it would be a bit snug. It is made very well. The reason for the 3 stars and the fact I am returning it, is the zipper. I could hardly get the 2 way style zipper to work correctly. There is no way an older person could do it. If it is was cold and you had mittens on it would be even more frustrating.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Works if it's not too coldVerified Buyer Reviewed by Hashihime from Kalamazoo on Sunday, October 29, 2017A more stylish cut than many down coats, in length I would say it is between a jacket and a parka. I bought a small and could wear a bulky sweater underneath, but the one I had on was longer than the coat, so I removed the sweater I wore the coat for the first time today--light rain, very damp, temperature around 40 degrees F. With just a long sleeve shirt and tee shirt under the coat, I didn't feel spectacularly warm but tolerable, certainly no danger of overheating. It would not serve as a winter coat in Michigan. But, I purchased it to wear in temperatures between 30-50 in an urban setting where I would be walking (not hiking) and waiting for public transportation on the street and train platforms, so it should serve me well and keep me from overheating once I get onto the public transport or enter buildings. I like the collar that can be up, but I still wore a neck gaiter.
