Verified Buyer Reviewed by Happy Shopper from upstate new york on Friday, June 30, 2017Had fresh picked mint in this for over a week still looks like I picked it right out of the garden. Does fit in the fridge door but can't use to much water in the bottom as you have to tilt it to get it out and it spills. Best if put on a shelf in the fridge. Great buy.
Reviewed by High Desert Dweller from California on Thursday, January 19, 2017I bought this because I have a terrible time keeping cilantro fresh for more than a few days, so I had high hopes. Followed the instructions to the letter. The cilantro that I kept in a plastic bag lasted longer than the cilantro that I put in this gadget. I bought two...and now am going to return the one I didn't use. Not happy at all with the results.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ski Utah from Utah on Wednesday, January 4, 2017Good for the price. I hope it holds up after taking it apart to wash a few times. My green onions are staying fresh in it, and I can't wait to try cilantro.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by luvsplants from Idaho on Tuesday, January 3, 2017You would need to chop your green onions and cilantro (or other herbs) very short to fit into this keeper. It's not very tall. I placed some cilantro and onions into it and added water. Left it on the kitchen counter. The rest of the cilantro and green onions I wrapped in a paper towel and placed in plastic bag and stored in the refrigerator. After a few days, the herbs wrapped in the paper towel in my refrigerator looked much fresher than the herbs in the herb keeper that sat on my counter. It may have worked better to place it in the refrigerator, but it's rather bulky. I decided my old storage method took up the least space and I sent this herb keeper back.
Reviewed by 2Cats from At the Beach CA on Friday, December 9, 2016No more moldy, mushy herbs in the plastic bag to throw out in the trash. This herb keeper with the water well gives them the water they need to last longer. Great price, and save a little money!
